Installation and repair
We offer expertise in the global management of all your MacOS and Windows IT equipment.
We can advise you on your purchases and supply you with the hardware and software you need. We guarantee an after-sales service, so you don't have to deal with the manufacturers yourself.
We install and configure your Internet network, WiFi access, surveillance cameras, backup servers and security systems (firewalls and antivirus).
Our services meet the needs of businesses of all sizes, as well as private individuals.
Our aim is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of your IT environment, with solutions tailored to your needs and budget.
Enterprise network management
Artamedia administers and maintains your IT network at peak efficiency.
Our services include the wired or wireless installation of all your equipment connected to your corporate network. We can also network offices in different geographical locations.
Our focus is on data security and availability at all times. On request, we can set up 24/7 monitoring. If necessary, we can intervene remotely and immediately, or on site at very short notice.
We offer proactive maintenance and expert technical support, ensuring the highest performance from your network. Benefit from a tailor-made solution, adapted to the specific needs of your business, for reliable connectivity and increased productivity.
Audiovisual equipment
At home or at your company: advice, installation, cabling — and repairs when needed.
We install multiroom audio, televisions and home cinema systems at your home or on your premises: choice of equipment, mounting, discreet cabling and configuration — down to a remote control that does what you expect of it.
Wireless sound and streaming rest on a network that holds. We check yours before installing, and rework it if it cannot keep up: it is the same craft as network management.
We advise on your purchases with no obligation, supply the equipment if you wish, and provide after-sales service: one single contact for the installation as well as for the breakdown.
We work with Samsung, Sony, LG, Sonos, Klipsch and Bang & Olufsen. For professional display — shop window, waiting room, restaurant —, see the MagicINFO™ screens.
MagicINFO™ screens
Artamedia is a certified Samsung partner for the installation of your advertising and information LED screens.
MagicINFO™ is a dynamic content management solution developed by Samsung, designed for the control and management of digital content on display screens.
It allows users to create, program and distribute multimedia content on display screens, making this solution ideal for advertising displays, information panels and internal communications in a variety of environments such as commercial spaces, educational establishments and public places.

Artaweb, our own CMS
We do not resell an off-the-shelf CMS: we write our own — and your websites run on it.
Artaweb is the CMS we wrote, line by line, for the sites we deliver: no heavy framework, no plugin of unknown origin — an engine a human can understand, and one we answer for.
You build your pages as sections, rows and columns and drop components into them — heading, text, image, gallery, slider, tabs — without writing a line of code. Modules bring the business features: blog, events with registrations, portfolio, media library and forms — a form can compute an amount, take the payment and deliver a document through a protected link.
Security comes before convenience — hashed passwords, CSRF protection, prepared statements, strict headers — and the site is multilingual, fast and carefully tuned for search engines.
As an Infomaniak partner, we register your domain names and host your site on their ethical, secured servers, in Switzerland. For mobile apps (Android, iOS and web apps), we work with the GoodBarber CMS.
Graphic design and print
We create your visual identity and carry it across every medium, from the business card to the banner.
Do you need a logo for your project? Do you have a clear idea of what you want, or would you rather give us a free hand? We look forward to showing you what we come up with.
That logo may then go on the business card, the letterhead, the flyer, the poster, the signage or the banners. We handle the whole chain, from creating each visual to printing it on any kind of material.
Paper sketches, photography, image editing — and, where it serves the project, generative AI, which we trained on from its early days.
Artificial intelligence
We put AI to work on your repetitive tasks — and we tell you where your data goes.
We put AI to work on the tasks that eat your days: an internal assistant that answers from your own documents — quotes, procedures, catalogues —, automation of repetitive data entry, and training for your teams on tools they will actually use.
Where does your data go? That is the first question to ask, and rarely the one that gets answered. Depending on the tool, your documents stay on your own machines, with a Swiss host, or travel to an American provider. We start by looking at what can run without leaving Switzerland, and we write down plainly what leaves, why, and whether the provider uses it to train its models.
Holders of the first Microsoft certifications issued in this field, we choose the tool to fit your need — never the other way round: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or a model running on your own hardware, offline.
One example you are looking at: the illustrations on this site were produced with the help of AI.
